REENTRY
Reentry Adults
GroundForward supports adults returning to the community after incarceration or justice-system involvement as they work to rebuild stability, reconnect with opportunity, and move toward greater independence.
Support may include employment, housing navigation, transportation, training, benefits, wellness navigation, case management, and community reintegration support.

GroundForward supports adults navigating unemployment, housing instability, transportation challenges, financial hardship, limited access to services, and other barriers that can make long-term stability difficult to achieve.

Young Adults 18–25
GroundForward supports transitional-age young adults building independence and navigating the transition into adulthood, including foster-care transition, justice involvement, homelessness, unemployment, or other barriers to stability.
Support may include career development, education and training, housing navigation, transportation, benefits, mentorship, case management, and community-service connections.

Someone looking for employment may also need transportation. Someone leaving incarceration may need housing, identification, benefits, training, and healthcare. A young adult may need all of those at the same time. GroundForward is designed to connect those needs rather than treat them as separate problems.

Practical Support for the Barriers That Matter.
GroundForward combines individualized planning with service navigation, referrals, resources, and community connections to help participants make measurable progress toward greater stability and independence.
Employment & Career Support
Support participants in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment while building pathways toward greater economic stability. Support may include job readiness, resumes, interviews, job search, employer connections, career planning, training referrals, and retention support.
Housing Navigation
Help participants understand housing options, navigate available resources, and connect with organizations that may support greater housing stability. Support may include resource navigation, application assistance, referrals, documentation support, supportive-service connections, and stabilization planning.
Transportation Assistance
Help reduce transportation barriers that can prevent participants from reaching employment, training, healthcare, appointments, and essential services. Support may include resource navigation, public-transit assistance, employment-related planning, available-program connections, and mobility planning.
Education & Training
Connect participants with education, certifications, occupational training, and skill-development opportunities that can strengthen long-term employment prospects. Support may include education navigation, vocational referrals, certification pathways, career training, digital-skills resources, and provider connections.
Healthcare & Wellness
Help participants navigate healthcare, behavioral-health, wellness, and other services that may support long-term stability and quality of life. Support may include healthcare navigation, insurance or benefits-resource navigation, behavioral-health referrals, wellness resources, and qualified-provider connections.
Case Management
Coordinate support around the individual rather than around a single service, helping participants establish priorities, navigate resources, and maintain forward progress. Support may include assessment, goal setting, planning, referral coordination, follow-up, documentation, and connections across services.
Reentry Support
Support adults rebuilding their lives after incarceration or justice-system involvement by coordinating services that address practical barriers to community reintegration. Support may include employment, housing navigation, transportation, benefits, training, documentation navigation, resource connections, and case management.
Resource & Benefits Navigation
Help participants identify and navigate public benefits, community resources, and available assistance that may reduce immediate barriers and improve stability. Support may include resource identification, application navigation, service referrals, basic-needs resources, documentation support, follow-up, and coordination.
Survivor & Family Support
Connect adults and families impacted by domestic violence with coordinated resources that support safety, recovery, economic stability, and independence. Support may include specialized provider referrals, housing navigation, employment support, transportation, benefits, wellness connections, and case coordination.
